Sanjeev’s insights and day-to-day involvement enable Pyramid Consulting to provide value-added IT solutions to numerous Global 1000 companies, as well as many growing, mid-tier firms. Sanjeev co-founded Pyramid in 1996 after garnering more than 15 years of software development and marketing experience, serving in senior management roles for several leading software consulting firms, including Wipro, TCS, and Unisys. While managing large software development and integration projects for clients operating in a number of vertical markets, he honed his technology expertise and consistently delivered to his clients targeted, cost-effective IT solutions.

Sanjeev earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering at the Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS) in Pilani, India. He currently serves on the board of TAG, the Technology Association of Georgia.

Ramesh is responsible for developing and strengthening Pyramid’s project solutions practice and global software development capabilities. He began his IT career in the document processing industry in 1986, solving problems for financial institutions across the globe. Over the years, he’s consulted with numerous technology systems integrator and product companies, developing an invaluable global business perspective as he travels from North America to Europe, South Africa, and South Asia.

Ramesh received a bachelor’s degree in electronics and communications engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technology University in Hyderabad, India. He earned a master’s of science degree in automation and control engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology in Kharagpur.

Namita holds primary responsibility for setting Pyramid’s sales vision, maintaining the firm’s customer relationships, and achieving its revenue targets. While she began her career in IT as a consulting systems analyst, Namita was first a high school teacher. Today, this background contributes to her passion for playing an active role in mentoring junior sales associates.

Namita also devotes extensive volunteer hours to Atlanta’s technology community and IT professional organizations, including the Women in Technology (WIT), the Society for Information Management (SIM), and the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council, among others. With an associate’s degree in computer programming, Namita earned a master’s of science degree in mathematics at Delhi University in New Delhi, India.

As Chief Operating Officer, Rich Thomas manages IT Staffing sales, delivery and operations across Pyramid Consulting. Rich comes to Pyramid with over 20 years’ experience as a General Manager and Sales Leader with expertise and demonstrated success leading local, regional and national operations. Rich is a metrics driven, accountability-focused operations leader with expertise developing effective marketing strategies and strategic selling techniques while increasing revenue and gross profit in intensely competitive environments. An accomplished executive who can attract, recruit, and build high performing sales, recruiting and operations teams for industry leading professional staffing and solutions companies. Ethical and trustworthy with a tireless work ethic and deep commitment to growing people. Rich is customer focused, always listening carefully to the client, understanding and evaluating client business agendas, and customizing solutions to establish credibility and trust.

Manish is a veteran of the human capital industry having spent the past twenty years leading Finance teams in large public companies.

His roles have included direct responsibility for full-scale international P&L’s ranging from $100M to $1B and all aspects of business management (finance and accounting, business operations, sales, real estate, IT and HR) along with transaction experience (due-diligence, acquisition, and integration).

Prior to joining Pyramid Consulting, Manish was CFO for Advisory at Korn Ferry. He has also held Finance leaderships roles at Xerox and BNY Mellon previously.

He has extensive hands-on experience in transforming businesses in Consulting Services and Digital products, SaaS software and business services. Executed detailed operational plans with financial rigor, creating the platform for top-line revenue growth and significant margin expansion.

Manish earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Cincinnati; he also holds a master’s degree in Management Studies and a bachelor’s degree in Physics from India.

Raghu is a technology and transformation executive who has been a trusted advisor to Enterprise clients over the past 30 years of his career. He has led C-Suite client engagements across business, operating model and technology transformation.

He has had Global P&L and leadership responsibilities across services and products businesses ranging from $100M to $1B. These include strategy, sales, service creation and delivery.

Prior to leading Celsior Technologies, Raghu had leadership roles at DXC, Accenture, Cisco/Scientific-Atlanta and Sprint.

In his leadership roles, Raghu has led teams focused on professional services including advisory, transformation and managed services. The teams engaged with clients to develop and deliver business, operations and technology outcomes leveraging digital services and platforms.

Raghu has a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Missouri and a Bachelor's in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Kharagpur. He is the Executive Sponsor for the Women’s ERG at Pyramid and has been active sponsor and participant of Junior Achievement and Georgia STEM initiative.

Rohit is a well-connected Senior Vice President with 15+ years’ experience in the IT services industry. He specializes in building strong teams and optimizing IT staffing - sales and recruiting operations to maximize both client satisfaction and business profitability. As a results-oriented executive with a strong background in enterprise sales and delivery management, he has closed and managed over $100M in sales just last year. Rohit is recognized by his peers for collaborative leadership style, proactive, approach, and keen ability to effectively translate complex operational concepts into tangible action plans. He is a proven leader with capability of building successful sales and recruiting teams that thrive to achieve record growth year over year.

Rohit currently manages operations efforts for Pyramid nationally. Most recently he has been responsible for leading their aggressive growth from its regional offices in the US. Rohit earned his Bachelor's and Master's in Finance from India with a minor in Information Technology. He is also a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer and a Certified Oracle professional.

As Pyramid's Senior Vice President Client Services, Brian Church manages IT Staffing Operations for the United States. Brian has a 20+ year history of leading branch, regional, and national business development and operations efforts for the organizations he has lead. Most recently Brian has been responsible for leading Pyramid Consulting's business development efforts in the US focusing on new client acquisition, client satisfaction.

Brian specializes in building strong teams and optimizing IT Staffing and Sales operations to maximize both client satisfaction and business profitability. His leadership of IT Staffing and services companies has focused on business growth and development in new clients, territories, verticals, and service offerings. Brian operates out of Pyramid’s Corporate Headquarters in the Atlanta, Metropolitan area, and from Pyramid’s national network of offices.

As Senior Vice President of Global Sales, Anand provides strategic leadership to our sales team supporting national, global and specialty accounts. Anand brings more than 20 years of industry experience and has demonstrated his ability to maximizing premium revenue and share performance through leading sales teams and deepening the employee engagement to develop strong relationships with our customers around the world.

Since joining Pyramid in 2005, Anand has played a key role in our expansion and revenue growth in the European, Asia-Pacific and North American markets.

Marc Cohen is an experienced Marketing executive with more than 30 years’ experience working with companies from start-up through Fortune 500.

His detailed experience includes digital marketing, strategy, branding and trademark, global team development, lead generation, social media, website design, budgeting, communications, consulting, and operational initiatives. He serves as the primary contact for the Pyramid Cares community program.

Prior to joining Pyramid Consulting, Marc held leadership roles at UPS, McKesson, 3M/M*Modal, Green Bow Consulting, ACS Group, and a variety of industry leading organizations.

He led marketing, communications, and branding programs for large global clients across industries including healthcare, staffing, technology, gaming, education, logistics/supply chain, financial services, sports, and travel/hospitality.

Marc holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles; an MBA from San Francisco State University; and multiple certificates in Government and Public Policy from the University of Georgia. Marc serves on many community and charitable boards focused on education, public policy, government, and marketing. He is currently serving his 5th term as an elected Municipal official in Georgia.

As Pyramid’s Vice President of Information Technology, Tom manages global IT strategy and operations. He brings more than 20 years of experience from various Industries, having spent the last decade creating solutions that focused on visibility of essential business data and reporting for IT Staffing businesses.

Tom started his career as a server programmer and has steadily grown through progressively responsible positions. In his last role, Tom successfully led the IT team through 8 years of continuous 25% year-over-year business growth. Under Tom’s IT leadership Pyramid will sustain similar growth in the future.

Tom holds a Master Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Cryptology and Finance from University of Aarhus, Denmark.

Anoop provides strategic leadership for all HR functions at Pyramid, including organization development, performance management, recruitment, compliance, legal, employee relations, and benefits management. He has more than 18 years experience developing and implementing initiatives that have involved international operations management, process improvements, change management, project management, and P&L management. He has worked in a range of industries, from automotive manufacturing to IT consulting and technology services.

Anoop earned an MBA at Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario in Canada. He is a member of the steering committee for SHRM Atlanta Staffing Management PEG; and, a member of the executive committee of Vibha Atlanta, an organization dedicated to helping underprivileged children.

Punit Arhora has over 24 years of work experience in Account Management and Operations Management. He brings a wealth of operational experience and leadership qualities to manage people and processes critical to our success.

With diverse experience in managing business operations for startups to Fortune 500, he has been instrumental in turning businesses around with an eye on both driving revenues and managing costs.

Punit has led high-performing teams of large-scale operations in Third Party BPOs: Intelenet Global Services, IBM Daksh, GE Capital International Services; and set up captive sales operations like Homeshop18 and MBA Consulting India.

Throughout his career, Punit has worked in banking and financial services, as well as travel, ecommerce, telecom and retail industries in the US, UK and India.

Punit is an Economics graduate from Delhi University with an MBA from IBS Hyderabad. Additionally, he has Certification in Project Management (IIT Delhi), and Professional Certification in Banking and Fintech (SP Jain Institute of Management).

As the Head of DE&I at Pyramid Consulting, LaShaun oversees the intentionally inclusive efforts around diversity recruiting, employee and contingent staffing engagement, and community impact across the entire company portfolio which includes Staffing, Solutions, ScaleUp, and GenSpark. She comes to Pyramid Consulting with more than 13 years of experience in DE&I, marketing, business development, L&D, and operations for Fortune 50 companies including Comcast, NBCUniversal, HBO, Cox Communications, and global non-profit organizations. Her additional responsibilities will include reviewing our clients processes and controls against leading practice and industry frameworks to consult on improvements, designing activities of our DEI practice audit engagements, with a focus on strategic, operational and regulatory/compliance related risks, contributing to our company DEI knowledge base and internal practice development initiatives, and developing core marketing assets and content to further business development.

A dynamic front-end professional, Anil has been a key factor in Pyramid’s growth in Asia, expanding our market share by coordinating global teams that execute large-scale projects and demonstrate how we exceed expectations in meeting offshore and domestic outsourcing needs. He is currently heading operations for Pyramid IT Consulting Pvt. Ltd., including sales in India and the UK.

Anil’s success is rooted in his knack for strategy, planning, and leadership – talents cultivated by serving in the Indian Navy for 24 years. An alumnus of the National Defense Academy in Kharakvasla, Anil earned a master’s degree in computer application and software programming and was involved in formulating the ops specifications for real-time action information systems on board surface ships and submarines. Anil also holds a master’s degree in defense studies from London University and in management from Chennai University.

Manish is critically involved in driving operations and infrastructure development across the business units of Pyramid’s operations in India. Prior to joining Pyramid in 2002, Manish worked with several large software companies and gained hands-on technical experience by managing and delivering software development projects for the financial services industry.
